For those who celebrate Passover, below is a list of vegan and gluten-free Passover-friendly desserts. Mostly cakes, and some sweet odds and ends like candy, ice cream, mousse, flan, and pie. All of these are eggless Passover desserts, of course.
I'll admit it was no easy task to put this list together, given the many different forms of Passover kashrut I discovered out there while looking up the individual ingredients in the recipes below, and the varying levels to which people observe them. But I think I came up with a list that should serve most, and hopefully add some sweetness (and vegan / gluten-free alternatives) to your holiday table!
I've been invited to a fair number of Passover gatherings (one Orthodox, the rest secular) over the years and so based this list on my relatively simplistic understanding of the rules from these experiences (and lots of googling!).
The truth is that many (if not most) of the recipes on this website (being mostly grain-free, no-bake, etc.) can be easily modified to suit your Passover needs, but I decided to stick to the very, very basics here and omit recipes that might have "questionable" or "controversial" or "confusing" ingredients. I hope I succeeded -- but if there's something I overlooked, please do let me know in the comments.
Note: of course I recommend double checking any ingredients you're unsure about to make sure the recipe suits your Passover needs. And also, as always, I recommend testing recipes out ahead of events to make sure they work for you.
I hope you enjoy these desserts and find something yummy to make. Happy baking!

Passover Recipes with Almond Milk
Almond is a bit of a tricky ingredient when it comes to Passover. I have tons of recipes that rely on it, and although almond milk in itself is apparently fine for Passover, many commercial varieties include additives that are not. Therefore I separated recipes that rely on almond milk into a separate list here below in case it works for you.
