No Bake/ Raw Cakes

Welcome to perhaps the most important recipe section on this website: no-bake & raw vegan cakes. It's perhaps what this website is best known for, and is one of my favorite dessert types to share with others. Here you'll find recipes for lots of cheesecakes and ice cream cakes, some simple and fruity, some chocolatey, some fancy (hello Tiramisu! and salted espresso caramel cakes!), some odd and eclectic (cauliflower cakes anyone?).
