Below is a collection of delicious raw vegan cakes for every occasion from the blog archives. I’ve curated here some of the all time reader favorite recipes — all tried and tested over the years with rave reviews, making this collection a perfect resource for crowd pleasing cakes of all kinds.
I hope you have great fun making these cakes — happy (un)baking!
Oh, a note first: if you find this type of recipe browsing a wee bit tedious — I know opening up a thousand browser pages isn’t typically my idea of fun either… — you can get these recipes in one beautifully collated (and ad-free!) PDF ebook below. Your purchase of the raw cakes collection ebook will also help to support this blog, so it’s a win-win all around ;)
Ok, let's cake...
1. Espresso and Salted Caramel Raw Cheesecake
A deliciously creamy vegan cheesecake with layers of salted caramel, and subtle hints of chocolate and espresso. This cake is pretty epic in my books!
2. Raw Vegan Tiramisu Chesecake
The rich classic Italian dessert reinvented as a raw vegan cheesecake. This raw tiramisu is hands down the most made, remade, visited, and shared recipe on the blog of all time.
3. Chocolate Papaya Cheesecake
A deliciously rich and creamy raw vegan chocolate and papaya cheesecake that is sure to surprise a crowd. The papaya flavor is subtle, but lends an underlying smoothness, lightness, and a hint of fruitiness to the cake. This one is a relatively new arrival to the epic raw cake collection on the blog, but is right up there in my top favorite desserts ever.
4. Strawberry Lime Macadamia Cheesecake
A vibrant raw vegan strawberry cheesecake with a tangy lime accent to underscore the richness of the macadamia base filling. A wonderful alternative to the many cashew-based raw cakes out there.
5. Chocolate Beet Cheesecake
A lush raw cheesecake made with beets and a delicious chocolate crust. Such a pretty pink color and a fun way to add a bit of veggies to your cake!
6. Coconut Lime Cheesecake
A delightfully creamy vegan coconut lime cheesecake. Unlike many raw cheesecakes that rely on the use of coconut oil, this recipe is oil-free and uses coconut cream to create a deliciously smooth cake.
7. Raw Lemon Ginger Chia Cheesecake
What goes with lemon, ISN’T poppyseed, but is reminiscent of those delicate little sprinkles? Chia! Add some ginger for good measure, and you’ve got one simple, fresh, and absolutely delicious raw lemon cheesecake on your hands.
8. Blueberry Cashew Cheesecake
A simple basic raw vegan cashew cheesecake paired with fresh blueberries for a pretty pop of color and flavor.
9. Cranberry Rose Cheesecake
A delicate pink vegan cheesecake with a mix of tangy cranberries and fragrant rose water. Perfect for the holidays or when fresh cranberries are in season.
10. Raw Peach Cheesecake
A creamy, dairy-free peach cheesecake lined with fresh peaches over a nutty crust. Wouldn’t this be the most perfect cake for a bridal shower, wedding, a birthday party, or a summer gathering of some kind? I just love how delicate it looks.
11. Cranberry Orange Cheesecake
This raw vegan cheesecake is a flavorful and festive dessert, full of warm spices and a delicious and refreshing cranberry orange flavor.
12. Nut-Free No-Bake Carrot Cake
A nut-free version of a no-bake vegan carrot cake, topped with a deliciously smooth layer of coconut cream.
13. Pink Pitaya & Rose Cheesecake
A lush, creamy raw cashew cheesecake with beautiful pink dragon fruit powder. An easy way to add a pink hue and some light fruitiness to a raw cake.
14. Pistachio & Orange Blossom Avocado Cake
An exotic-tasting orange blossom cake made with a creamy avocado base and some beautiful natural pistachio “sprinkles” in the filling.
15. No-Bake Pumpkin Cheesecake
OK, so this one isn’t technically raw (since pumpkin puree is usually cooked), but this pumpkin cheesecake is a big reader favorite cake from the blog and is my ultimate favorite pumpkin dessert to date.
16. Strawberry Cheesecake
A simple creamy vegan cheesecake loaded with strawberries.
17. Maqui Tahini Cheesecake
This cheesecake is a lovely way to bring together the unique flavors of tahini and berries.
18. Longan Cheesecake
A unique, gentle cheesecake featuring the delicious Asian longan fruit.
19. Chocolate Hazelnut Cheesecake
A delicious raw vegan Nutella-style chocolate hazelnut cheesecake. A lovely alternative for those looking for raw cakes made without cashews.
20. Blue Surf Cake
A fun, tasty, blue-themed no-bake cheesecake recipe. Perfect for blue surf, fluffy clouds, or blue galaxies- themed cakes.
More Recipes
This website is chock-full of raw and no-bake vegan cheesecakes of all kinds. Many are nut-free, oil-free, sneakily veggie-filled, and so on. It was so hard to narrow the above list down to the top 20, because they're all lovely and special in their own ways.
If you wanted to browse through the rest of the cakes, check out the main recipes page, and select the terms "cake" + "raw" + "no-bake" to see all the options crop up. You can also further narrow things down by selecting terms like "nut-free" or "chocolate", etc.
And if you wanted even more cake recipes, there are many exclusively contained in my book Unconventional Treats, a huge portion of which is dedicated to raw cake how-tos as well.Happy (un)Baking!

Do you have the recipes on grammar scale? Or in your book? I tried many times from other sites to cook and few times came nice! Or do you have anywhere in the site the transformation because everything is on tsp, cups…. I have many cups in my kitchen… I am very interested and I can forward your recipes in entire Greece but that is a big problem here! Thank you for your time!
Audrey says
Hi Efi. No, unfortunately I bake using standard cups and tsp / tbsp measurements, not grams. I find that the easiest and fastest way to bake with my recipes. The tsp and cups are used are specifically baking measuring cups and spoons (not regular cups spoons in the kitchen), so they are a standardized size. If you can purchase a set of each you'll have a much easier time baking from this website and also from many North American websites (since those are the measurements most typically used here). Hope this helps!

These look great; however I won't purchase recipes without at least knowing the ingredients required to make them. I am on a restrictive diet due to some food allergies and would like to know in advance if these recipes will work for me and others who are in a similar situation.
Audrey says
Hi Elizabeth. All of these recipes are posted on my website for free so you can see the ingredients and baking instructions of each one if you'd like. If you click on the title of each recipe above or the hyperlinked text within the description of each cake you'll be taken to a new page where the full recipe is posted.
The option to purchase them all as a PDF is entirely optional. I have readers who prefer to have these recipes in that simple format (i.e. to eliminate clicking and scrolling, ads, etc.), and the small cost of the PDF purchase in turn helps to support the running of this website.
In general, all the recipes I share on this website are free, and are also categorized to be especially allergy-friendly. So if you go to the main recipes page here: https://www.unconventionalbaker.com/all-recipes/ you can click on all the tabs that interest you at the top (like coconut-free, or cashew-free, cake or cookie, etc.) so that you can pull up recipes that suit your needs. Hope this helps!
