    Smoothies & Bowls

    Sometimes a breakfast, sometimes a treat -- smoothies and smoothie bowls are a personal staple for me. To me they are a simple, effortless, and wholesome way to play around in the kitchen with endless flavor combinations, which is the aspect that makes me love them most. Below you'll find lots of light and fruity smoothies & bowl variations (some of my favorites) to keep your taste buds happy and to allow your palate and imagination a little creative break in the day. Oh and specking of creative, there is that one cauliflower-based smoothie bowl in here too, for those looking to sneak a little more veg in!
