Ingredients

  • 1 cup chilled unsweetened vanilla almond milk (for best results get a good tasting brand or make from scratch)
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp powdered peanut butter
  • Optional: a dash of cinnamon (or to taste)
