Super easy to make, delicious fruit-sweetened raw blueberry and basil instant ice cream. Naturally vegan and refined sugar-free.
- 2 frozen ripe bananas
- 1 cup blueberries
- a small handful of fresh basil leaves
- optional: a tsp of maple syrup if your blueberries are not very sweet
- Blend all ingredients together in a power blender into an ice cream consistency and enjoy! (Use the tamper if your blender comes with one to help with blending).
